About the role

  • Marketing and Sales Coordinator supporting marketing and sales teams at PureLogic IT. Executing initiatives that drive engagement, growth, and collaboration between departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Coordinate and maintain shared calendars for marketing and sales activities, including meetings, campaigns, and events.
  • Schedule and track key deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups to ensure timely delivery of tasks and projects.
  • Follow through on assigned tasks and ensure project stakeholders complete their deliverables.
  • Assigned and follow through on partner training initiatives to ensure employees complete their certificates.
  • Validate attendance and participation for events, meetings, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of marketing and sales initiatives, including campaign results, event attendance, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of marketing and sales materials.
  • Assist with internal communication between marketing, sales, and external partners.
  • Help organize trade shows, webinars, or customer-facing events (from registration to post-event reporting).
  • Track leads and support sales enablement activities such as CRM updates, reporting, and coordination of client meetings.
  • Support content development by coordinating design requests, reviewing materials, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
  • Assist in developing, documenting, and updating business processes for the Marketing and Sales departments to ensure operational efficiency and alignment.
  • Identify opportunities for workflow improvement and collaborate with the Marketing Director and Event Lead Planner to implement changes.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative coordination role (internship or professional)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate calendars and schedules effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using CRM or project management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Asana, Salesforce, Outlook, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience documenting or improving business processes is considered an asset.
