About the role

  • Service Account Manager in charge of customer relations and support for MARTIN Anlagen operations. Focus on service, project development, and customer satisfaction in Munich.

Responsibilities

  • The 'Service Sales' department supports and advises our customers on the long-term and smooth operation of MARTIN systems.
  • With our customer-oriented service product portfolio, we address various needs throughout the operating lifecycle and are a reliable partner for our customers.
  • Sales of service offerings and spare parts
  • Identifying customer needs and developing resulting projects
  • Customer development and management (including customer visits) for assigned accounts
  • Preparation, management, negotiation and follow-up of quotations for assigned customers
  • Representation at trade fairs and events
  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Development and further enhancement of service products

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or engineering, or a suitable technical qualification with relevant and demonstrable professional experience
  • Initial sales experience is an advantage, along with a passion for sales and customer retention
  • Experience in plant, machinery, steel, piping, or power plant construction
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
  • Independent, committed, team-oriented working style with a high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience
  • Self-motivation and the ability to develop and build long-term relationships with partners
  • Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset characterized by reliability and solution orientation
