Responsibilities
The 'Service Sales' department supports and advises our customers on the long-term and smooth operation of MARTIN systems.
With our customer-oriented service product portfolio, we address various needs throughout the operating lifecycle and are a reliable partner for our customers.
Sales of service offerings and spare parts
Identifying customer needs and developing resulting projects
Customer development and management (including customer visits) for assigned accounts
Preparation, management, negotiation and follow-up of quotations for assigned customers
Representation at trade fairs and events
Maintenance of customer master data
Development and further enhancement of service products
Requirements
Degree in business administration or engineering, or a suitable technical qualification with relevant and demonstrable professional experience
Initial sales experience is an advantage, along with a passion for sales and customer retention
Experience in plant, machinery, steel, piping, or power plant construction
Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English
Independent, committed, team-oriented working style with a high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience
Self-motivation and the ability to develop and build long-term relationships with partners
Willingness to travel for business domestically and internationally
