About the role

  • P&O Solutions Analyst supporting HR Systems through configurations, testing, and collaboration with technical teams. Seeking candidates with 2-4 years of HRIS experience and robust problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Solutions Managers and business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful configuration, testing and deployment with required documentation.
  • Reviewing ServiceNow releases for related features and functionalities to build knowledge and skills to support configuration efforts in conjunction with technical resources.
  • Developing test cases and data mining/staging, automates testing processes by developing unit test scripts, as needed.
  • Providing production support for escalated issues and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years overall HR Systems, HRIS, HCM experience
  • Robust problem-solving skills; knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques
  • Advanced English
