Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Solutions Managers and business teams to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful configuration, testing and deployment with required documentation.
- Reviewing ServiceNow releases for related features and functionalities to build knowledge and skills to support configuration efforts in conjunction with technical resources.
- Developing test cases and data mining/staging, automates testing processes by developing unit test scripts, as needed.
- Providing production support for escalated issues and respond to issues and incidents on a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years overall HR Systems, HRIS, HCM experience
- Robust problem-solving skills; knowledge of configuration, testing and implementation techniques
- Advanced English
