About the role

  • Digital Consultant driving transformation for clients through ServiceNow engagements. Leading teams and collaborating across functions to deliver impactful technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support client engagements from opportunity development through to delivery—driving pipeline growth and successful deal conversion.
  • Build and nurture relationships with ServiceNow stakeholders locally and internationally, enhancing the firm’s reputation and influence.
  • Collaborate across sales, delivery, and capability teams to design compelling ServiceNow offerings and go‑to‑market plans.
  • Provide leadership and support for the ServiceNow team, encouraging collaboration, consistency, and high performance.
  • Stay on top of ServiceNow platform developments and industry trends, bringing forward insights that elevate our client conversations and solutions.
  • Actively uplift our ServiceNow capability through training support, promoting certification, coaching, and developing reusable delivery assets.
  • Mentor and role‑model excellence for team members across the ServiceNow practice.

Requirements

  • You are an experienced consultant or delivery leader with a passion for ServiceNow and a track record of shaping impactful technology engagements.
  • Proven experience delivering or leading ServiceNow engagements within consulting or professional services.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, including experience collaborating with technology partners.
  • Demonstrated success in contributing to business development, pipeline creation, and client outcomes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to developing capability within teams.
  • You thrive in environments where you can influence direction, build strong partnerships, and elevate people through coaching and leadership.
