Responsibilities
Gather and analyse clients’ business requirements, mapping current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
Design and configure customised solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
Coordinate and execute solution implementations, including configuration, testing, and data migration.
Produce functional and technical requirements documentation.
Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and incidents.
Monitor platform performance and make adjustments as required and train users on platform functionalities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
+4 years of experience with ServiceNow modules and implementation projects.
Experience leading functional/technical teams and design, implement of information systems based on service processes.
Experience in integrating with other systems using REST or other integration technologies.
Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request Management, Service Catalog).
Ability to technically lead initiatives and coordinate tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
