About the role
- ServiceNow Developer designing and implementing customized solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Responsible for requirements gathering, configuration, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse clients’ business requirements, mapping current processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Design and configure customised solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.
- Coordinate and execute solution implementations, including configuration, testing, and data migration.
- Produce functional and technical requirements documentation.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues and incidents.
- Monitor platform performance and make adjustments as required and train users on platform functionalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
- +4 years of experience with ServiceNow modules and implementation projects.
- Experience leading functional/technical teams and design, implement of information systems based on service processes.
- Experience in integrating with other systems using REST or other integration technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, Asset/CMDB, Request Management, Service Catalog).
- Ability to technically lead initiatives and coordinate tasks across multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
