About the role

  • Manager of P&O Strategy and Effectiveness collaborating with teams for integrated communications. Driving stakeholder engagement and improving communication effectiveness while managing a hybrid work style.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end, integrated communications strategy for all P&O Signature Processes
  • Develop and deliver concise, compelling content across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with Signature Process/priority owners, Internal Communications, and MGS
  • Track, analyze, and report on CCC effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in communications or related field
  • Advanced degree a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms, content management systems, and digital communication tools
  • Ability to navigate large, complex organizations with confidence
