About the role

  • Internal Communications Officer managing content across internal channels for alignment with corporate communications. Fostering stakeholder relationships and supporting engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content across multiple internal channels
  • Ensure alignment with corporate narrative and communications strategy
  • Plan and deliver day-to-day communications
  • Manage internal channels and the company intranet
  • Support the launch of new channels and engagement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Support colleague events such as Town Halls and networking sessions

Requirements

  • Experience in creating and managing internal communications content
  • Ability to develop campaign materials aligned to brand guidelines
  • Experience with group-wide communications campaigns
  • Proficient in using analytics to measure engagement
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
