About the role
- Project Manager overseeing projects for intelligence customers, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Present projects at Governance Board control gates to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and secure approvals
- Collaborate with Product Line Managers to ensure deliverables meet business requirements and stakeholder expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date reporting
- Create and update quad charts to provide clear, concise status updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to drive project success
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership or governance boards
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with MS Project and other project management tools
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product Line Managers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 15 years of relevant project management experience
