About the role
- Business Process Senior Associate managing transactions and analysis for the Insurance Operations team. Requires data/BPO experience and basic MS office proficiency in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit
- Attain Mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed
- Report all system issues that may affect the operations
- Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management
Requirements
- With at least 1 year data/BPO experience as a requirement, undergrads with 2 years of data/BPO experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 2 years of business processing experience (for internal applicants)
- Basic knowledge with MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to compose grammatically correct, clear and concise communication
- Knowledge of browsers and relevant computer applications.
- Exhibits good navigation skills.
