About the role

  • Payroll Admin Associate completing all requests and transactions efficiently for Manulife. Handle various work types while supporting internal teams and adhering to service levels.

Responsibilities

  • A Payroll Admin Associate completes all requests / transactions efficiently and accurately to meet the Service Levels set by the management with the Business Unit.
  • Process and analyze transactions in line with the Service Level Agreement set with the Business Unit.
  • Process all knowledgeable work types.
  • Attain mastery of Business Unit Policies governing the transactions being processed.
  • Handle Worktypes, such as Allocations Trustee Payments.
  • Should support Quality Assurance and Member Processing Team if needed.

Requirements

  • Preferably with knowledge in Apollo Mainframe and AWD tools is a plus, but not required.
  • Team Orientation - Consistently attain the service level set by the Company.
  • Practice good judgment in processing cases.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Pass the Business Unit's English Exam.
