About the role

  • HR Payroll Support Officer ensuring data accuracy and quality in payroll processes within an international team. Collaborating with Payroll and HR teams for operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, verify and update the data required for payroll calculations
  • Ensure timely submission of variable payroll elements (VPE)
  • Support the Payroll team with monthly checks of pre-calculations and the final validation of payroll files
  • Monitor payroll corrections and anomalies in coordination with HRBPs and managers
  • Keep Excel tracking sheets and internal tools up to date
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, HR Administration and Finance to ensure consistency of HR and payroll data
  • Act as a point of contact for internal inquiries
  • Participate in Payroll team coordination meetings
  • Assist with the consolidation of monthly data and the preparation of HR metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes
  • Update internal documentation in coordination with the Payroll Manager BE/NL
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Administration team during peak periods
  • Serve as backup to the Payroll Manager BE/NL

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (HR Operations, Payroll or HR Administration)
  • Fluent in French with intermediate proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Known for attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Solid data analysis capabilities
  • Solution-oriented and able to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a team and has strong interpersonal skills
