Responsibilities
Provide HR support for employees from onboarding to offboarding.
Draft and manage employment contracts, certificates, and reference letters.
Analyze time-tracking data.
Perform monthly payroll processing in compliance with all tax, social security, collective agreement and employment contract provisions.
Serve as the contact person for employees, tax authorities, and social security agencies.
Support applicant management and the onboarding process.
Contribute to projects aimed at improving our HR processes.
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with further qualification in HR.
Professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing, preferably in construction payroll.
Good knowledge of employment law, payroll tax, and social security regulations.
Confident user of payroll systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft 365 Business.
Independent and responsible working style.
Good written and spoken German.
