Requirements
- Fully bilingual (French/English)
- Proven ability to lead complex training programs in fast-paced, dynamic environments

- Advanced organizational and project management capabilities
- LLQP license (or willingness to obtain)
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Post-secondary degree in Education, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of insurance products (Health & Dental, Travel, Life) (preferred)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), learning platforms (Axonify), and digital training tools (preferred)
