About the role

  • Business Operations Support specialist collaborating with teams to manage operational requests for a global social media company.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert related to business operations
  • Develop subject matter expertise in processes & systems
  • Help users understand how to navigate systems and processes
  • Design & evolve SOP's for standard processes
  • Drive adherence to SLA's

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of Business Support or Business Operations experience managing multiple projects
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Metrics driven, ability to multitask
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms
  • Willingness to work non-standard hours
  • Mandarin language is a plus.
