About the role

  • Account Executive driving profitability and market entry strategies in filtration technology at MANN+HUMMEL. Engaging with key clients and participating in innovative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Margin and profitability management.
  • Focus on market movements and trends within the industrial segment.
  • Create and maintain the Market Roadmap.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with clients.
  • Manage client KPIs (Delivery / Quality / Cost).
  • Commercial negotiation – RFQ, offer analysis and contracts.
  • Establish an individual target agreement.
  • Participate in local and global project team meetings.
  • Participate in Innovation Day (technical, sustainability, and social initiatives) with key clients.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of liquid and hydraulic filtration products is considered essential.
  • Availability to travel;
  • Experience in client management;
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering;
  • Fluent English (preferred).
