Responsibilities
Drive the digital future of HR at MANN+HUMMEL
Shape how candidates and new employees experience the company from day one
Act as Product Owner for digital HR solutions in Recruiting, Onboarding, and additional HR tools within scope of responsibility
Lead global implementation and rollout projects, including vendor selection and coordination of external partners
Ensure a structured change and demand management process to continuously optimize and simplify HR processes supported by technology
Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog
Develop and deliver end-user training in collaboration with the Communications team
Drive the integration of AI-powered HR solutions
Collaborate closely with HR, IT, global stakeholders, and external service providers to design a modern, scalable HR system landscape
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
Three to five years of experience in a consulting-related role within a multinational environment
Experience with Recruiting and Onboarding implementations and a solid understanding of end-to-end HR processes
Strong knowledge of project and transformation management
Understanding of the product development lifecycle
Foundational HR expertise
High IT affinity; experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
Excellent communication skills in German and English (very good English; German language skills are highly desirable)
