  • Talent Acquisition Specialist sourcing candidates for commercial roles at Aurora Live. Collaborating with teams and managing the recruitment process in Barcelona.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing: Utilize a range of methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks to unearth hidden gems.
  • Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, managing projects and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Candidate assessment: Evaluate candidate qualifications and experience to find the perfect fit.
  • Interviewing: Screen and interview top talent, assessing their strengths and suitability.
  • Pipeline Pro: Cultivate and manage a network of potential candidates for future needs.
  • Business Partner: Collaborate with business teams, providing support and expertise to hiring managers.
  • Trend Spotter: Stay ahead of the curve, recommending changes to keep our talent acquisition strategies sharp.
  • Employer Branding Champion: Play an active role in crafting a strong employer brand on Social Media.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of successful talent acquisition experience.
  • Masterful research and sourcing skills, including expertise in online sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong connections.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Thrive in a self-directed environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in one of the following languages: German, Swedish or Dutch (both written and verbal), with professional fluency in English.
