About the role

  • Account Executive for B2B market at Aurora Live. Build a customer pipeline and manage sales cycle in hybrid role across multiple European cities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and engage prospective customers to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Proactively reach out to new business opportunities via phone, email and LinkedIn to initiate valuable conversations.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand customers’ challenges and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build trust and credibility through expertise, reliability and genuine customer focus.
  • Take full ownership of your acquired accounts — providing close guidance with a focus on satisfaction and success.
  • Act as a strategic partner to your clients and develop long-term collaborations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align goals, share insights and ensure top-quality service.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and continuously expand your knowledge to better understand customer needs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in tech, SaaS or professional services.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach and a desire to grow in an international environment.
  • Ability to build trust, credibility and long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
