About the role

  • VP Enterprise Sales shaping enterprise acquisition strategy for Malt, Europe's leading freelance platform. Driving execution and revenue growth through strategic negotiations and high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional enterprise acquisition strategy
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Own regional P&L for new business
  • Drive forecasting accuracy and sales methodologies
  • Steer complex deal reviews and high-stakes negotiations
  • Partner with different departments to optimize GTM engine
  • Bring market insights to the executive team

Requirements

  • Extensive experience selling to large-scale enterprises
  • Proven track record in setting regional sales strategies
  • Experience scaling high-performing enterprise sales teams
  • Deep expertise in MEDDIC, pipeline governance, and KPI management
  • Strong command of Salesforce
  • Full professional fluency in English; French, German, Spanish, or Dutch is a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings
