About the role

Responsibilities

  • Find best freelancers and consultants for key account clients
  • Collaborate with sales team to build strong relationships
  • Advise clients on strong technical briefings for freelancer attraction
  • Conduct qualification interviews with freelancers on client's request
  • Be an expert on Malt algorithm and best practices
  • Train freelancers on building profiles and interviewing practices
  • Work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with varied duties

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in consulting, headhunting, or executive search
  • Confidence in client-facing roles with C-level executives
  • Experience in a results-oriented, fast-growing B2B environment managing major client accounts
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability
