About the role
- (Senior) Recruiter responsible for sourcing and interviewing candidates for emagine GmbH's projects in Hamburg and Berlin. Engaging with account management to ensure successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Du suchst, findest und gewinnst geeignete Spezialist:innen über einschlägige Kanäle
- Du baust Dir ein Netzwerk auf, mit dem du in stetigem Kontakt in Bezug auf unsere Projekte stehst
- Du führst persönliche sowie telefonische Interviews durch, in denen Du die jeweiligen Kandidat:innen betreust und diese von Deinem Projekt überzeugst
- Du tauschst Dich eng mit dem Account Management aus und bist über alle Einzelheiten der Stelle und des Auftraggebers im Bilde
- Du begleitest den kompletten Recruitingprozess von der Erstansprache bis zur Besetzung
Requirements
- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrung im Recruiting und bist im besten Falle mit der Personaldienstleistung vertraut
- Du begeisterst Dich für die aktive Kandidatensuche und hast Spaß am Führen von telefonischen und persönlichen Interviews
- Du bist eine Persönlichkeit mit Stärken und Schwächen, vor allem aber mit viel Motivation und dem nötigen Selbstbewusstsein im Tagesgeschäft erfolgreich zu sein
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent: Verbindlichkeit, Zeit Management und Prioritäten setzen. Ideal hast Du dies in Deinen vorherigen Positionen bereits unter Beweis gestellt.
