About the role

  • Experienced Recruiter for PayJoy, a fintech company, handling full-cycle recruitment in Mexico City. Attracting diverse candidates for crucial roles in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the process.
  • Support Go to market teams with recruiting needs mainly.
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates to fill future positions. Create projects to ensure a solid pipeline of candidates.
  • Screen and rank resumes and candidate applications based on job responsibilities.
  • Conduct pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' capabilities and culture fit. Interview candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, experience and aptitude.
  • Act as point of contact with candidates, facilitating the interview process, scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview teams, and building influential relationships with candidates during the selection process.
  • Brand employer, being the spokesperson for PayJoy's culture to external candidates.
  • Understand PayJoy's mission, products, services and culture in order to promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter hiring multi-levels of all areas (Go to market).
  • Proven experience working closely with Senior Managers and Executives.
  • Proven experience recruiting for LATAM markets for fast paced environments/startups is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of results-oriented sourcing methods.
  • Solid ability to screen applicants and conduct different types of interviews.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems/ATS (Lever is a plus) as well as the ability to produce and report on recruiting activity.
  • English proficiency, Portuguese/Spanish is a plus.
