About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Admin supporting recruitment and HR operations at Public Group. Focused on retail positions and collaborating with store managers for staffing needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Work closely with store managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Create and follow recruitment plans.
  • Manage and update job postings on multiple platforms.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Prepare and deliver timely recruitment reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all store levels.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using digital tools.
  • Interest in growing a career in HR, with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
