Responsibilities
Join the Commercial Enablement department.
Deliver high-impact, professional, and persuasive responses to complex client requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are compelling, compliant, and commercially sound.
Lead the end-to-end response process for key tenders (RFPs).
Partner with Commercial teams to develop winning bid strategies.
Establish and manage the RFP content library.
Implement a deal-scoring methodology to prioritize opportunities.
Identify win/loss drivers and track competing bidders to improve win rates.
Draft and edit clear, professional content that communicates Malt’s value to enterprise clients.
Lead the upgrade and adoption of automation tools.
Requirements
Commercial acumen: Ability to facilitate collaboration and manage conflict within complex B2B deals.
Relevant experience (minimum 5 years): Proven track record in bid management, proposal development, or professional writing in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Knowledge management: Experienced in creating and curating standardized content libraries.
Language requirements: Native-level French and fluent English are mandatory — you will handle international tenders and coordinate with global teams.
Writing excellence: Strong writing, editing, and reviewing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Project management: Demonstrated ability to track milestones and deliver high-quality proposals under tight deadlines.
