Responsibilities
Design people development strategically and evolve talent development formats such as employee appraisals, career paths and development models
Manage the myMAIT Academy: plan, organize, facilitate and evaluate training, learning and development formats
Act as a sparring partner for leaders and employees: advise across the entire employee lifecycle
Provide input and drive innovation: introduce new ideas into strategic HR projects
Requirements
Several years of experience in people/talent development or a comparable HR focus
You work pragmatically, independently and with a solutions-oriented mindset
You communicate confidently with employees and managers
A structured working style, excellent MS Office skills and occasional willingness to travel
