About the role

  • Business Partner in People and Culture at Machado Meyer providing consultative support to leadership teams. Focus on strategic human resources analysis and optimizing team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to Heads, partners and leadership;
  • Provide consultative support to partners and leaders in decision-making regarding team structure, workforce sizing, performance and succession;
  • Perform scenario analyses and reviews of people metrics, providing strategic recommendations to support leadership decisions and optimize organizational structures;
  • Analyze people and legal business indicators such as turnover, performance, engagement, cost structure and productivity;
  • Responsible for managing the people budget for the areas supported, including headcount and strategic initiatives;
  • Manage organizational climate surveys, analyze results and follow up on action plans with legal leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience analyzing indicators and metrics;
  • Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI for efficiency gains, increased productivity and process improvements.
