About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting various personnel administration processes at M. Dias Branco, a leader in the Brazilian food industry. Assisting in admissions, benefits, and documentation management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in personnel administration processes such as hiring/onboarding, electronic timekeeping (time clock), terminations, vacation management, and benefits;
  • Provide support in responding to employee inquiries and assistance;
  • Support distribution of transportation vouchers (VT), meal vouchers (VR), and benefits cards (CB);
  • File and archive documents;
  • Register biometric data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (completed);
  • Experience with administrative routines/office procedures;
  • Microsoft Office suite;
  • Proficiency in Excel.
