Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR operations, HR systems, or data governance.
Prior experience required working with HR platforms, such as SuccessFactors, SAP, or Workday.
Possess a strong working knowledge of data privacy principles and HR data handling practices.
Prior experience working with sensitive data and proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented with strong process documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
Effective communicator and collaborator across teams and with key stakeholders.
