Responsibilities
Maintain control of all negotiations in the CRM, entering relevant information for manager follow-up;
Know and present the company's entire portfolio (in a phased manner);
Qualify leads for other business units;
Conduct consultative sales activities, interpreting and diagnosing customer needs while ensuring the accuracy of the information provided;
Strong negotiation skills;
Understand business models focused on the needs of each customer profile;
Knowledge of cross-selling and up-selling strategies;
Monitor the sales funnel, perform follow-ups and commercial negotiations, and meet established targets;
Establish an excellent flow of communication between the client and the company;
