Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at a basic to intermediate level;
Basic analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
Organized work approach with effective task and deadline management;
Ability to work well in a team with a collaborative attitude and good communication skills;
Results-driven, proactive attitude with a strong interest in continuous learning and development;
Experience participating in process improvement projects or initiatives, even at an introductory level;
Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting or BI tools.
