About the role

  • Human Resources Analyst responsible for personnel administration and compliance processes at LWSA. Ensuring legal adherence and conducting detailed labor charge analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete termination process, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy in calculations;
  • Perform detailed analyses of labor-related charges, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation;
  • Support administration of electronic timekeeping and the time-bank (compensatory hours) system;
  • Carry out activities related to onboarding and vacation processing, following established guidelines and procedures;
  • Keep employee records and databases up to date;
  • Support submission and verification of information in eSocial;
  • Organize documents and support audits and internal requests for the area;
  • Assist in the calculation and consolidation of the area's operational indicators.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel at a basic to intermediate level;
  • Basic analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Organized work approach with effective task and deadline management;
  • Ability to work well in a team with a collaborative attitude and good communication skills;
  • Results-driven, proactive attitude with a strong interest in continuous learning and development;
  • Experience participating in process improvement projects or initiatives, even at an introductory level;
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, reporting or BI tools.
