About the role

  • Atendimento no suporte técnico ao cliente em sistema de gestão online. Auxiliar com problemas e funcionalidades dos produtos através do telefone.

Responsibilities

  • Provide an outstanding customer support experience via phone by identifying issues reported by customers and guiding them toward solutions;
  • Clarify questions regarding product features;
  • Assist with system operation difficulties and perform fixes that do not involve programming.

Requirements

  • Higher education completed or in progress;
  • Knowledge of IT, business management software (ERP), electronic invoicing (Nota Fiscal Eletrônica - NFe) and administrative routines;
  • Must reside in Rio Grande do Sul or Santa Catarina;
  • Knowledge of customer experience and/or customer success;
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes, logistics systems, and sales routines on marketplaces (e.g., Mercado Livre).
