Responsibilities
Lead the positioning, growth, and adoption strategy for Omie’s product portfolio and its ecosystem of solutions.
Build the market vision and define narratives and value positioning.
Connect Product, Marketing, Sales, and other distribution channels.
Expand the value of the ERP and support the “complete solution” strategy for SMEs.
Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market strategies.
Requirements
Strong experience in Product Marketing, Strategy, Growth, or Revenue roles within SaaS/B2B companies.
Consistent experience in senior leadership positions, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Proven track record of impact on Go-to-Market (GTM), positioning, enablement, and revenue metrics.
Experience managing multi-product portfolios, integrations, and ecosystems.
Experience with ERP systems and SMEs is a significant advantage.
Executive-level communication skills, strong influencing ability, and experience building strategic narratives.
Data-driven mindset with strong prioritization, decision-making, and execution skills.
Collaborative, strategic, and pragmatic profile, capable of operating in high-complexity, high-growth environments.
