Responsibilities
- Guide and support potential customers' decision-making throughout the entire buying journey
- Conduct in-depth diagnostics of prospects' operations (marketing, sales, and customer support)
- Design customized projects to solve business problems using our solutions
- Negotiate, close deals, and support accounts during activation with the Customer Success team
- Manage the sales funnel
- Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

- Ability to build and maintain your own pipeline (lost deals, customer base, outbound, etc.)

- Experience as a Sales Executive
- Experience as an SDR is a plus
- Knowledge of SaaS business models
- Familiarity with presentation and spreadsheet tools such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge and application of sales frameworks such as SPIN Selling and SPICED
- English (desirable).
