About the role

  • Inside Sales Representative preparing quotations and managing customer relationships for electronics component sales. Responsible for handling quality issues and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, pricing received from customers within the committed timeline
  • Responsible for filling the order re: MOQ/MPQ/LT pricing and part numbers.
  • May also be responsible for changes, advice change of pricing and handle quality issues, customer payment issue.
  • Responsible for handling quality issues on claims and/or may be responsible for processing claim.
  • Relationship building with customers i.e. Initiate discussions on possible business opportunities.
  • May handle requests for sample.
  • May provide administrative support to Field Sales, when requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a sales role or have worked in a customer service role gained from the electronics component or high technology industry
  • Excellent communication skills (clarity, organized way of thinking)
  • Good time management skills (works well under pressure)
  • Good English both in speaking and writing
  • Good Microsoft office skills, especially good at Excel
  • Aggressive, independent, proactive, hard-working, service oriented and well-organized
