Responsibilities
Promoting SGA business in accordance with the business's strategy in order to achieve sales objectives
Retain existing business and acquire new business opportunities by analysing customer portfolio and development projects
Travelling throughout designated sales regions to maintain key accounts and explore new business opportunities
Negotiation of pricing, invoicing/stock invoicing conditions and storage/payment terms
Preparing and sending sales quotes to customers for NPD while ensuring profitability and feasibility of each project
Supporting the customers throughout all NPD phases from conception to completion
Feeding all relevant customer and market information into the CRM system
Requirements
Demonstrated and ongoing success in planning and executing new business development strategies
Proven experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the wine, beverage or packaging industry
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships at multiple levels
Highly self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
Proven negotiation and influencing skills with a strong commercial mindset
Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
Flexibility in hours, including occasional calls to accommodate time zone difference
