About the role

  • Sales Representative managing course sales through active outreach via calls and chat. Responsible for CRM updates and continuous learning about EBAC offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales process for our courses through all stages of the sales funnel;
  • Proactively reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp and chat;
  • Log all incoming and outgoing contact activities in the CRM;
  • Stay informed about our courses, institution, and internal procedures;

Requirements

  • Experience in consultative sales
  • Experience providing customer support via phone and WhatsApp
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
