About the role

  • Executivo Comercial Corporativo I managing sales strategies and agency relations at GOL. Analyzing market trends and enhancing competitiveness in the airline industry.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze market trends, identifying business opportunities with travel agencies
  • Monitor GOL's competitiveness in the market and propose adjustments
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and performance indicators defined for the channel
  • Implement and follow the commercial strategy for the segment, developing specific actions and campaigns
  • Develop and strengthen commercial relationships, acting as a strategic partner to agencies
  • Promote knowledge of GOL's products, services, processes, policies and commercial practices
  • Prepare and deliver commercial presentations and strategic meetings with clients
  • Represent GOL at events and promotional activities, reinforcing the brand within the agency channel
  • Support internal and external requests, working cross-functionally and collaboratively with other areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months' tenure at GOL
  • No disciplinary actions in the last 6 months
  • Not transferred or promoted in the last 6 months
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience in data analysis and negotiation
  • Knowledge of systems: Sabre, BI and CRM
  • Full availability to travel
  • Own vehicle required
  • Bachelor's degree: Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Trade or related fields.
