About the role

  • Account Executive developing consultative relationships with clients at Octadesk. Focused on value generation through sales and customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Accompany and guide potential customers through the decision-making process across the entire buying journey;
  • Conduct in-depth diagnoses of prospects' operations (marketing, sales, and support);
  • Design customized projects to solve business problems using our solutions;
  • Negotiate, close deals, and follow up on accounts during activation with the CS team;
  • Manage the sales funnel;
  • Understand and use individual and team sales funnel metrics;
  • Work closely with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • Organized in daily routine and tasks;
  • Able to build and maintain their own pipeline (lost deals, customer base, outbound, etc.);
  • Curious and eager to learn and develop continuously;
  • Up to date on best practices in marketing, sales, and post-sales;
  • Motivated and competitive with a strong desire to succeed;
  • Genuinely concerned about our customers throughout their journey with us;
  • Strong communication and writing skills;
  • Coachable: open to receiving feedback and applying it;
  • Experience as a Sales Executive;
  • Experience as an SDR is a plus;
  • Knowledge of the SaaS business model;
  • Proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet tools such as PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Knowledge and application of sales frameworks such as SPIN Selling and SPICED;
