Responsibilities
Reporting to Brand Manager. This role is responsible for conducting market plan for expanding business opportunities, working closely with Brand Manager and Sales team to ensure achievement of sales target, creating and developing new campaign prior to launch and execute marketing program, and handling marketing research.
Design and implement comprehensive marketing and service plans, ensuring robust execution and follow-up to maximize effectiveness.
Conduct in-depth analyses of market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Spearheaded the development of new services, secured compelling partnerships, and devised creative promotional initiatives to boost brand awareness and service utilization.
Create and refine marketing tools and materials to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Continually update and maintain a detailed customer database for the brand.
Manage sales reporting and support relevant operational activities.
Coordinate with influencers and press for marketing events and PR activities, including new store openings.
Develop engaging social media content to strengthen brand presence and monitor performance metrics to optimize strategies.
Engage with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Manage visual merchandising online and offline and ensure excellent execution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Branding, or a related field.
Proven experience in Trading, Retail, FMCG, Cosmetics, or the Beauty industry is preferred.
A visionary in marketing with a proactive approach to planning and foresight.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
A strong interest and background in cosmetic or beauty trends.
Excellent command of English, with stellar presentation and communication skills.
Passionate about growth and personal development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), various social media platforms, and CRM software.
