About the role

• Learning Partner responsible for building a strong learning culture at Luminor. Fostering growth and creating impactful learning experiences across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong learning culture by partnering with business leaders
• Collaborate closely with People & Culture professionals and Leadership & Growth team
• Identify training needs and design innovative learning solutions
• Lead complex learning projects ensuring timelines, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery
• Maintain and optimize content in our Learning Management System, tracking progress effectively
• Design and deliver workshops that inspire growth, including newcomers' days
• Organize external training programs aligned with development priorities
• Use technology and data insights to measure impact and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2 years in a Learning & Development role
• Proven expertise in project leadership and instructional design
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities, including experience designing and delivering workshops (virtual and on-site)
• Excellent communication, coaching, and consultation skills with the ability to guide and influence
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Learning Management Systems and modern learning technologies
• Skilled in digital collaboration and learning platforms, including MS Office 365 and LMS, with openness to leveraging AI-driven tools
• Fluent English and Lithuanian in spoken and written communication
