About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads and qualifying prospects for Lumiform's software. Role involves contacting potential customers and managing leads in CRM system.

Responsibilities

  • You play a key role in Lumiform's success by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social media to inform them about Lumiform's software and to schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Manage and organize leads in our CRM system, keep records up to date, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of the Lumiform application, industry trends, and Sales Development best practices.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVES: You speak German at native level and English fluently — both written and spoken.
  • You want to work and grow in sales! Don’t hesitate to apply even if you don’t have prior software sales experience.
  • You are already based in Berlin and willing to be in the office 3 times per week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and good time management to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Resilient, and comfortable handling objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
  • Passion for technology, startups, and sales.
  • GOOD TO HAVES: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in Sales Development or an inside sales role, ideally in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment.
