About the role

- Organize and manage item master data, supplier and customer terms in the ERP system
- Ensure high data quality and a professional product presentation through continuous maintenance and review of product data
- Serve as internal point of contact for master data management and support departments with data-related inquiries
- Create and maintain electronic catalogs in coordination with customers and providers
- Produce structured reports and analyses using the ERP system as well as MS Access and Excel
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a commercial field (e.g., IT specialist/Fachinformatiker, IT systems salesperson/IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau, office management clerk) or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in product data management or master data maintenance is an advantage
- Confident use of database systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL, Access), Excel and ERP systems
- Structured and precise working style with high quality standards
- Analytical, process-oriented thinking as well as personal responsibility and reliability
- Team-oriented with enjoyment in collaborative problem solving
