Responsibilities
Personal support of existing customers and prospective new clients in the Lower Bavaria and Southern Upper Palatinate region
Reliable local contact for customer questions and issues
Conduct technical preliminary checks and provide product knowledge
Analyze market and competitor activities and report findings to the inside sales team
Independently and efficiently plan field appointments and routes
Document all customer contacts, visits and market information in the system
Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training related to technical sales
Experience in field sales, customer account management or B2B sales – career changers from technical backgrounds are welcome
Good technical understanding to explain applications and products clearly, solution-oriented and persuasively
Ability to quickly identify customer potential and proactively engage with people
Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging customer situations professionally
Confident use of digital tools such as CRM, MS Office and Teams
Valid Class B driving licence
