  • Senior Sales Manager handling sales projects in the agricultural energy sector with AckerKapital in Germany. Involves customer interaction, team building, and project management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new and existing clients from the initial consultation through project implementation
  • Build the sales team and sales processes together with the founders
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing calculations
  • Conduct contract negotiations digitally and on-site through to project contract signing
  • Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions

Requirements

  • Professional sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or renewable energy sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, self-motivated working style
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Enthusiasm for entrepreneurial thinking and company development
  • Proactive approach and creative problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
