About the role

  • Lifecycle & CRM Lead managing customer activation and retention strategies for a health-focused company. Collaborating to enhance customer experience and business metrics through innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Own activation flows from registration through to paying customer
  • Build and iterate onboarding sequences
  • Run email and SMS strategy end-to-end
  • Define customer segmentation logic
  • Optimize subscription renewals and repeat purchase rates
  • Track and report on retention metrics and cohort analysis

Requirements

  • Owned lifecycle or CRM end-to-end
  • Proven record of retention or LTV improvement
  • Proficient with modern email and SMS platforms (Klaviyo, Braze, or Customer.io)
  • Strong writing skills (subject lines, push copy, onboarding sequences)
  • Understanding of cohort analysis, incrementality measurement, and behavioral segmentation
  • Native / near-native French or English with professional proficiency in the other
