Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate CRM strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty, identifying opportunities to improve customer relationships and communications;
Define goals, key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor the progress of CRM campaigns and initiatives across direct channels such as email marketing, SMS, push notifications, WhatsApp, and paid media;
Select audiences, personalize and segment campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences, using CRM data to increase effectiveness and ROI;
Analyze CRM data and performance reports to identify patterns, opportunities, and trends that help improve strategies and actions;
Generate insights from retention, churn, CLV (Customer Lifetime Value), and engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns and enhance the customer experience;
Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and IT teams to align CRM initiatives and ensure strategies are integrated across all touchpoints;
Collaboration with internal teams: Work with marketing, creative, data, and BI teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with business objectives;
Supervise and guide the CRM planning team, ensuring ongoing development and training of team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields;
Previous experience managing client portfolios and providing strategic account support;
Experience with CRM and/or performance campaigns;
Strong skills in data analysis, metrics, and results interpretation to identify new business opportunities;
Intermediate or Advanced English;
Knowledge of Jira, Insider, and Adobe Campaign platforms is a plus.
