About the role

  • Customer Success Analyst focusing on B2B solutions at Happy Gestão. Responsible for client journey, relationship management, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Structure and monitor the customer journey (from onboarding to post-project);
  • Serve as the focal point for assigned accounts, managing relationships and requests;
  • Lead strategic meetings, presenting results and action plans;
  • Monitor metrics (NPS, CSAT, churn, engagement) and account health;
  • Identify risks and opportunities with a focus on retention and expansion;
  • Manage operational routines (scheduling, participants, deliverables, and communication);
  • Interface with clients, facilitators, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed;
  • Experience in B2B Customer Success or consulting;
  • Experience managing account portfolios and client relationships;
  • Knowledge of CS metrics and data analysis;
  • Analytical, communicative, and results-oriented profile;
  • Experience in project tracking and metrics monitoring;
  • Familiarity with communication tools (Google Meet, WhatsApp Business);
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
