About the role

  • Key Account Manager handling major hotel partnerships for luca's digital hospitality platform. Focus on strategic account management, sales growth, and C-level collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • You manage our most important hotel partners and hotel groups — including some of Europe’s largest operators.
  • You build sustainable, trust-based relationships at decision-maker level and develop them for the long term.
  • You create bespoke account strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen our position with strategic partners.
  • You are responsible for contract negotiations, renewals and upsells — with a focus on sustainable success.
  • You analyze performance and usage data, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare meaningful reports for C-level stakeholders.
  • You are the primary point of contact for leadership teams across IT, Management, Marketing and Finance.
  • You work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Support to make partner success measurable.
  • You actively contribute to the continued development of our product and our internal account management processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in software or SaaS account/key account management.
  • Experience in the hotel, booking or hospitality-tech sector is a plus.
  • You think strategically, act in a data-driven way and can communicate complex issues clearly.
  • You bring strong project management skills and keep an overview even when managing multiple large/enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • You convince with empathy, clear communication and confident negotiation — including at C-level.
