About the role

  • Associate Account Manager supporting client service teams in delivering high-quality health insurance solutions. Works closely with Senior Account Managers to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supports Senior Account Managers and Account Managers in managing an assigned book of business
  • Serves in an advisory capacity for clients
  • Coordinates and reviews accuracy of client-facing materials
  • Collaborates with Senior Account Managers to manage the annual renewal process
  • Reviews insurance contracts
  • Supports compliance deliverables
  • Assists with client acquisitions and new division onboarding
  • Supports Open Enrollment project management
  • Oversees post-enrollment audit process
  • Aids in carrier implementation
  • Partners with benefits technology teams
  • Maintains client plan(s) detail updates in CRM

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in broker agency or benefit administration firm, required
  • Current Life and Health license, required
  • Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products, required
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, required
  • Familiarity and practical knowledge of quoting process and tools, preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Experience with benefit administration systems, preferred
