About the role

Responsibilities

  • Strategic account management
  • You manage our key hotel partners and hotel groups — including some of Europe’s largest operators.
  • You build sustainable, trust-based relationships at decision-maker level and develop them over the long term.
  • You develop tailored account strategies to increase revenue and strengthen our position with strategic partners.
  • You are responsible for contract negotiations, renewals, and upsells — with a focus on sustainable success.
  • You analyze performance and usage data, identify optimization opportunities, and prepare insightful reports for C-level executives.
  • You act as the main point of contact for leadership across IT, management, marketing, and finance.
  • You work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and customer support to make partner success measurable.
  • You actively contribute to the further development of our product and our internal account management processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in software or SaaS account/key-account management
  • Experience in the hotel, booking, or hospitality-tech sector is a plus
  • You think strategically, act based on data, and can communicate complex issues clearly.
  • You have strong project management skills and can keep track even when managing multiple major clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • You demonstrate empathy, clear communication, and confident negotiation skills — including at C-level.
